Our Team
Lawrence Flynn, LICSW | Founder & Owner
Larry Flynn is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in private practice and community-based mental health. Before founding Mind Anchor Mental Health, Larry spent years providing mental health services to children and families across Massachusetts, working in some of the state's most challenging community settings. For the past six years he has been proud to serve the Sudbury community and surrounding areas.
Larry specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, and emotion dysregulation. He has a particular passion for working with boys, teens, and men. Larry draws from ACT, IFS, EFT, CBT, and family systems frameworks to deliver therapy that is practical, honest, and built around real change.
He founded Mind Anchor with a simple belief: that people deserve a therapist who meets them where they are and builds something real with them.
Allison Flynn, PsyD | Clinical Director
Dr. Flynn is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience across school, hospital, and pediatric settings. As Clinical Director of Mind Anchor Mental Health, she oversees the clinical team and provides supervision and consultation to ensure the highest standard of care across the practice.
Allison specializes in child and family therapy and perinatal maternal mental health — supporting families through some of their most vulnerable and transformative moments. She brings deep expertise across multiple evidence-based modalities and is known for her warm, grounded, and highly attuned clinical style.
Her work is shaped by a belief that strong families start with supported individuals — and that the right therapeutic relationship can change the trajectory of a child's life.
Paul Gregg | Clinician
Pre-licensed, supervised by Allison Flynn, PsyD
Paul Gregg brings a strong foundation in youth development, family-centered care, and behavioral science to his clinical work. He holds a B.S. in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and has spent years working directly with young people — most recently providing intensive, family-centered therapy to youth and families across Massachusetts.
Paul specializes in working with boys, teens, young men, athletes, and high performers, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, and the experience of feeling stuck. He draws from humanistic, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and family systems approaches, adapting his style to fit each person rather than forcing a single method.
As a pre-licensed clinician, Paul practices under the clinical supervision of Clinical Director Allison Flynn, PsyD. His work is grounded in a simple conviction: no one is broken, and everyone holds the capacity for growth — his job is to help clients activate it on their own terms.
